Michael joins InfusionPlus from Intramed Plus, where he served as Director of Pharmacy Services. Previous roles include Pharmacy Supervisor at Greenville Health System and Pharmacy Manager – Supply Chain and Finance at UVA Health System. He also serves on the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University, an MBA from the University of South Carolina – Darla Moore School of Business, a master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the South Carolina College of Pharmacy.

In her role as CEO, Christy will be responsible for the overall vitality of the Health System as its representative to the community, industry groups, key stakeholders, and local and national governments. She will be responsible for leading, communicating, and evaluating all elements of the Health System’s strategic and operational functions, while also being involved in the local community, in addition to regional, state, and national healthcare organizations, to advocate and influence on behalf of populations served by Southeast Georgia Health System. Christy will report directly to the Board of Directors.

Christy has been with Southeast Georgia Health System for 13 years, beginning as Director of Risk Management & Assistant General Counsel and advancing to Chief Legal Officer. She has served as Interim President and CEO since June 2025. Earlier in her career, Christy was an attorney for healthcare practices at firms including Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, Epstein Becker & Green, and Jones Day. Christy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University and a Doctor of Law from the University of Georgia School of Law.

In her role as CNO, Dana will lead major patient care service teams across the system, including three acute care units, the Medical Intensive Care Unit, and the Surgical Intensive Care Unit. She will be responsible for executing MRHC’S vision to uphold the highest standards of excellence, patient care, and employee engagement. Dana will work in close partnership with the CMO and Chief Hospitalist to establish and maintain standards that ensure excellent patient care, every day in every way. Dana joins MRHC from DCH Health System, where she spent 27 years in progressive leadership roles including Registered Nurse, Clinical Coordinator, Nurse Manager, and most recently, Director of Nursing. Earlier in her career, she also served as a Staff Registered Nurse and CV Service Line Educator at UAB Hospital. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Alabama and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of South Alabama.

Magnolia Regional Health Center (MRHC), a 200-bed acute care hospital jointly owned by the City of Corinth and Alcorn County, is the largest employer in Alcorn County and has served the community since 1965. Fully accredited by the DNV, MRHC has grown significantly over the years, expanding its facilities and services to include advanced cardiovascular care, inpatient nephrology and dialysis, comprehensive behavioral health, and state-of-the-art imaging and surgical units.

Memorial Health System, central Kansas-based a comprehensive healthcare provider in Abilene, Kansas and an affiliate of Salina Regional Health Center, has appointed Kymberly Haverly as Hospital Administrator (CEO). MHS partnered with Buffkin / Baker on the executive search.

In her role as Hospital Administrator, Kimberly will align facility and departmental plans with the system’s strategic goals, leading efforts to improve efficiency and expand programs and services. She will strengthen relationships with board members, medical staff, and community stakeholders to drive collaboration and support strategic growth. Kimberly will also champion high-quality, cost-effective care through service line development and care model transformation, while honoring the organization’s history and culture. Kimberly will report to the President and CEO of Salina Regional Health Center, Joel Phelps.

Kimberly brings over 20 years of experience to MHS, having recently served as CEO at Carroll County Memorial Hospital. There she was responsible for fostering strong relationships with medical staff, team members, and the community while developing strategic and operational plans and managing a lean annual operating budget. Prior to CCMH, Kimberly was an Adjunct Professor at Ivy Tech Community College. Earlier roles include Director of Finance & Physician Compensation at Baptist Health System, Director of Finance at Floyd Memorial Hospital, and Practice Administrator and COO at Lexington Foot & Ankle Center. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Master of Public Health from the University of California at Berkeley.

Ara Partners, a global private equity firm with $6.2 billion in assets under management that builds and scales companies driving industrial decarbonization, has appointed Annabelle Berkman as Human Resources Business Partner. Ara Partners partnered with Buffkin / Baker on the executive search.

In her role as HRBP, Annabelle will work closely with senior leadership to drive business outcomes, develop and implement HR strategies, and provide expert guidance on HR related matters. She will be a key partner in creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of team members. Annabelle will report to the company’s Head of HR, Colin Dicke.

Annabelle joins Ara Partners from 24M Technologies where she served as HR Manager for almost five years. She has held various HR managerial roles at companies including QuickPivot and The Bridgespan Group. Annabelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration and Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Radford University has appointed Ryan Bowyer as Chief of Staff. Radford University partnered with Buffkin / Baker on the search.

In his role as Chief of Staff, Bowyer will play a critical role within the President’s cabinet, overseeing strategic initiatives, managing cabinet operations and institutional projects, and serving as a key liaison between the President and senior university stakeholders. He will also be responsible for the planning, implementation, and completion of the University’s strategic vision and related activities across all divisions, departments, and units. Bowyer will report directly to the President.

Bowyer joins Radford from Emory & Henry University, where he has served for the past seven years in various leadership roles, beginning as Dean of Student and most recently as Senior Vice President for Administration and Chief of Staff. Prior to his time at Emory & Henry, he worked at Coastal Carolina University as Conduct Officer within the Dean of Students Office. There, he helped manage the conduct case load within the residential community and developed the Bystander Class for students going through the conduct process. He has also held roles at other institutions, including Methodist University and Radford University.

Bowyer holds bachelor’s degrees in History and in Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies from Emory & Henry University, and a Master of Science in Education: Curriculum and Instruction from Radford University. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education from The University of Southern Mississippi, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2025.

As CEO, Jeff will be tasked with successfully leading Forrest Health through the ever-changing and increasingly complex healthcare landscape.

Jeff has been with Forrest Health since 2014, first joining as Director of Legal and Contracts and later advancing to Vice President and General Counsel. Most recently, he served as the Interim President and CEO. “Jeff knows the ins and outs of our healthcare system, knows administration and staff, has been an integral part of strategic projects, and has long-standing success as legal counsel” said Jana Causey, Chairman of the Forrest Health Board of Trustees. Earlier in his career, he worked as Director of Legal and Contracts at Saint Thomas Health. He also practiced law and was a professional baseball player. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology and an MBA both from The University of Southern Mississippi, and a Doctor of Law in Business Law from Mississippi College.

Earlier in his career he served during an eight-year tenure at Office Depot where he held managerial roles. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and an MBA, both from Colorado State University.

Collins, the new CFO, joins America’s Car-Mart after a 13-year tenure at Walmart. During his time there, he held various global leadership roles, including Controller for Walmart Canada, Chief Accounting Officer for the Flipkart Group in India, and most recently, CFO for Walmart Africa. In this role, he oversaw all finance functions and real estate operations for more than 300 stores across eight countries in Africa, generating $5 billion in revenue. Prior to Walmart, he held consulting roles at KPMG in China, Australia and the U.S. Collins holds two bachelor’s degrees—one in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University and the other in Accounting from Western Governors University. He also earned two master’s degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign: one in Accounting and an MBA.

With over 20 years of financial leadership experience, Persichetti, the new SVP of Colonial Auto Finance, joins America’s Car-Mart from Bayside Credit where she served as CFO. Her previous roles include CFO at AutoNation, Capital Markets Director at Santander Consumer USA, and VP of Product Business Development for Systems and Services Technologies at JP Morgan Chase, among others. Persichetti holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences and Mathematics from Syracuse University.
