Christy will report directly to the Board of Directors.

Christy has been with Southeast Georgia Health System for 13 years, beginning as Director of Risk Management & Assistant General Counsel and advancing to Chief Legal Officer. She has served as Interim President and CEO since June 2025. Earlier in her career, Christy was an attorney for healthcare practices at firms including Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, Epstein Becker & Green, and Jones Day. Christy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University and a Doctor of Law from the University of Georgia School of Law.

In her role as CNO, Dana will lead major patient care service teams across the system, including three acute care units, the Medical Intensive Care Unit, and the Surgical Intensive Care Unit. Kimberly brings over 20 years of experience to MHS, having recently served as CEO at Carroll County Memorial Hospital. There she was responsible for fostering strong relationships with medical staff, team members, and the community while developing strategic and operational plans and managing a lean annual operating budget. Prior to CCMH, Kimberly was an Adjunct Professor at Ivy Tech Community College. Earlier roles include Director of Finance & Physician Compensation at Baptist Health System, Director of Finance at Floyd Memorial Hospital, and Practice Administrator and COO at Lexington Foot & Ankle Center. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Master of Public Health from the University of California at Berkeley.

Radford University has appointed Ryan Bowyer as Chief of Staff. Radford University partnered with Buffkin / Baker on the search.

In his role as Chief of Staff, Bowyer will play a critical role within the President’s cabinet, overseeing strategic initiatives, managing cabinet operations and institutional projects, and serving as a key liaison between the President and senior university stakeholders. He will also be responsible for the planning, implementation, and completion of the University’s strategic vision and related activities across all divisions, departments, and units. Bowyer will report directly to the President.

Bowyer joins Radford from Emory & Henry University, where he has served for the past seven years in various leadership roles, beginning as Dean of Student and most recently as Senior Vice President for Administration and Chief of Staff. Prior to his time at Emory & Henry, he worked at Coastal Carolina University as Conduct Officer within the Dean of Students Office. There, he helped manage the conduct case load within the residential community and developed the Bystander Class for students going through the conduct process. He has also held roles at other institutions, including Methodist University and Radford University.

Bowyer holds bachelor’s degrees in History and in Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies from Emory & Henry University, and a Master of Science in Education: Curriculum and Instruction from Radford University. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education from The University of Southern Mississippi, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2025.

America’s Car-Mart, one of the largest publicly held automotive retailers in the United States, has appointed Jonathan Collins as Chief Financial Officer and Marie Persichetti as Senior Vice President of Colonial Auto Finance. America’s Car-Mart partnered with Buffkin / Baker’s consumer practice leader David Alexander and Evan Wescott on the executive search.

Collins, the new CFO, joins America’s Car-Mart after a 13-year tenure at Walmart. During his time there, he held various global leadership roles, including Controller for Walmart Canada, Chief Accounting Officer for the Flipkart Group in India, and most recently, CFO for Walmart Africa. In this role, he oversaw all finance functions and real estate operations for more than 300 stores across eight countries in Africa, generating $5 billion in revenue. Prior to Walmart, he held consulting roles at KPMG in China, Australia and the U.S. Collins holds two bachelor’s degrees—one in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University and the other in Accounting from Western Governors University. He also earned two master’s degrees from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign: one in Accounting and an MBA.

With over 20 years of financial leadership experience, Persichetti, the new SVP of Colonial Auto Finance, joins America’s Car-Mart from Bayside Credit where she served as CFO.
