InfusionPlus, a leading provider of home infusion services dedicated to patient-centered care, has appointed Michael Bedenbaugh as Chief Executive Officer. InfusionPlus partnered with Buffkin / Baker on the executive search.

In his role as CEO, Michael will drive growth by spearheading expansion into new markets and scaling operations in existing ones. He will oversee initiatives that enhance patient and employee experiences, maximize efficiencies, and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. Michael will also guide all clinical operations, sales, revenue cycle, and supply chain functions to achieve the Board of Directors’ strategic goals.

Michael joins InfusionPlus from Intramed Plus, where he served as Director of Pharmacy Services. Previous roles include Pharmacy Supervisor at Greenville Health System and Pharmacy Manager – Supply Chain and Finance at UVA Health System. He also serves on the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University, an MBA from the University of South Carolina – Darla Moore School of Business, a master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the South Carolina College of Pharmacy.

Southeast Georgia Health System, a regional healthcare network offering comprehensive medical services through two acute care hospitals and multiple specialty centers, has appointed Christy Jordan as Chief Executive Officer. Southeast Georgia Health System partnered with Buffkin / Baker on the executive search.

In her role as CEO, Christy will be responsible for the overall vitality of the Health System as its representative to the community, industry groups, key stakeholders, and local and national governments. She will be responsible for leading, communicating, and evaluating all elements of the Health System’s strategic and operational functions, while also being involved in the local community, in addition to regional, state, and national healthcare organizations, to advocate and influence on behalf of populations served by Southeast Georgia Health System. Christy will report directly to the Board of Directors.

Christy has been with Southeast Georgia Health System for 13 years, beginning as Director of Risk Management & Assistant General Counsel and advancing to Chief Legal Officer. She has served as Interim President and CEO since June 2025. Earlier in her career, Christy was an attorney for healthcare practices at firms including Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, Epstein Becker & Green, and Jones Day. Christy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University and a Doctor of Law from the University of Georgia School of Law.

Memorial Health System, central Kansas-based a comprehensive healthcare provider in Abilene, Kansas and an affiliate of Salina Regional Health Center, has appointed Kymberly Haverly as Hospital Administrator (CEO). MHS partnered with Buffkin / Baker on the executive search.

In her role as Hospital Administrator, Kimberly will align facility and departmental plans with the system’s strategic goals, leading efforts to improve efficiency and expand programs and services. She will strengthen relationships with board members, medical staff, and community stakeholders to drive collaboration and support strategic growth. Kimberly will also champion high-quality, cost-effective care through service line development and care model transformation, while honoring the organization’s history and culture. Kimberly will report to the President and CEO of Salina Regional Health Center, Joel Phelps.

Kimberly brings over 20 years of experience to MHS, having recently served as CEO at Carroll County Memorial Hospital. There she was responsible for fostering strong relationships with medical staff, team members, and the community while developing strategic and operational plans and managing a lean annual operating budget. Prior to CCMH, Kimberly was an Adjunct Professor at Ivy Tech Community College. Earlier roles include Director of Finance & Physician Compensation at Baptist Health System, Director of Finance at Floyd Memorial Hospital, and Practice Administrator and COO at Lexington Foot & Ankle Center. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Master of Public Health from the University of California at Berkeley.

In his role as CEO, Jeff will be responsible for the overall operations of Forrest Health, providing strategic leadership and overseeing the efficient and effective planning, organizing, control, and direction of the hospitals and related operations. He will set and guide the organization’s short- and long-range objectives to meet financial, quality, patient experience, employee satisfaction, provider engagement, and other key performance goals. As CEO, Jeff will be tasked with successfully leading Forrest Health through the ever-changing and increasingly complex healthcare landscape.

Jeff has been with Forrest Health since 2014, first joining as Director of Legal and Contracts and later advancing to Vice President and General Counsel. Most recently, he served as the Interim President and CEO. “Jeff knows the ins and outs of our healthcare system, knows administration and staff, has been an integral part of strategic projects, and has long-standing success as legal counsel” said Jana Causey, Chairman of the Forrest Health Board of Trustees. Earlier in his career, he worked as Director of Legal and Contracts at Saint Thomas Health. He also practiced law and was a professional baseball player. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology and an MBA both from The University of Southern Mississippi, and a Doctor of Law in Business Law from Mississippi College.

In his role as President & CEO, Mark will be responsible for overseeing all strategy and operations across hospitals, clinics, and subsidiaries, ensuring effective execution of the strategic plan, budget, and policies. Nate Campbell has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer at i-SIGMA (The International Secure Information Governance & Management Association).  A comprehensive search was led by Roland Lundy and Britt Adams. 

Campbell returns to the association as CEO after having served on the board of directors for NAID and PRISM International, the two trade associations that merged to form i-SIGMA in 2018. With over 25 years of executive leadership experience, Campbell was previously President of Rylyn Associates, offering business consulting plans.  

Commenting on his new role, Campbell says, “While it is both humbling and daunting to be stepping into the shoes of an industry icon, both Bob and the board have impressed on me their belief that i-SIGMA is just getting started. For now, my plan is to put my head down, roll up my sleeves and make sure we’re continuing to put members’ interests first.”
