Buffkin / Baker Names Jen Bradley as New Partner

BRENTWOOD, Tenn., Jan. 27, 2021 – Buffkin / Baker, a partner-led executive search firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jen Bradley to partner, where she will be responsible for creating value for clients in both the firm’s healthcare and private equity practice.

Bradley joined Buffkin / Baker in 2008 as an associate actively engaged in executive and senior-level assignments. She has completed more than 100 search assignments and has secured executive leadership talent in the healthcare, digital and private equity practices for both national and global clients. Bradley previously served in the treasury management division of Fifth Third Bank, where she was responsible for client presentations, analysis, and training of treasury products.  She also worked in institutional sales for Fifth Third Securities.

Bradley graduated with honors from Wittenberg University with a bachelor’s degree in communications. She also holds an advanced certificate in executive search and leadership consulting from Cornell University.
